In the clip shared on the TikTok handle of @skinfantasy_beautyspa, the woman sat on a bed in a room.

The woman appeared to be in labour when the video was recorded as she had her hand on her waist and was taking deep breaths as if she was nursing some pain. The room she was sitting in seemed to be a hospital ward.

The number of children she was expecting was not disclosed, but some netizens believe she could have more than one child.
